How to fill it in
- Use one sheet per unit or zone per month, and write the target range at the top so anyone can spot a problem.
- Record the actual reading at the time of the check, in ink. Don't round to the target.
- If a reading is out of range, write what you did about it and which product or lot was affected.
- Have someone review and initial the sheet, then keep it with your other records.
